- Membership is not refundable or transferable to another individual.
- If registration occurs during the season or term, member agrees to pay full term/ season fees regardless of how many classes or training sessions have been attended.
- By signing onto the abovementioned membership, you have read, understood and hereby agree to the policies, procedures and rules of the Club.
- The member agrees to abide by the Club's Rules & Purposes, members policies and procedures.
- The member agrees not to physically or verbally harass other club members, including members of the club committee.
- Any disputes should be raised via email to the club committee in the first instance.
- The member acknowledges that all games and trainings have inherent risks and that injuries/ losses could occur.
- The club insurances may cover participation in some club activties but is not liable for injuries, medical treaments including transportation by Ambulance in all club activities or sports. The responsiblity of treatment rests with the participant/ member.

Dasmesh Sports Club is committed to observing the requirements of the Information Privacy Act. We collect your information for the purpose of providing your access to sporting facilities and our sporting services. By completing this form you consent to Dasmesh Sports Club using your information for these purposes. If, in the future you decline to be involved in Dasmesh Sports Club, your information will be deleted. We do not onsell any member information and it is solely used for the management and provision of sporting services.
